She leads with compassion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to students. Every decision Mrs. Parson's makes is centered around one vital question: What is best for students?. Whether she is adjusting a lesson on the spot to meet individual learner's needs or brainstorming new strategies to help every child be successful- the needs of students are kept at the forefront of every decision. Kiri sees each student as an individual, and her classroom is a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and loved- BIG! The minute you walk into her classroom this can be felt.
