Today we are proud to recognize Mrs. Sheila Frizzell as our Support Person of the Year. This honor reflects not only Sheila’s incredible dedication, but also the strong, collaborative office team that keeps Valley View running each day.

Sheila is one of those people who keeps all the pieces moving — often quietly and always with care. From greeting students and families to managing the countless details that come through the front office, she approaches every part of her work with joy, patience, and a sense of humor that brings calm and laughter to even the busiest days.

What stands out most about Sheila is her willingness to do whatever needs to be done, often staying late and working behind the scenes to be sure everything is taken care of. She does this not for recognition, but because she genuinely cares about our school, our students, and the people she works alongside.

We are incredibly fortunate to have an office team that supports one another, works as a true unit, and shows up every day with commitment and heart. Sheila’s recognition today is a reflection of that teamwork and the high standard our entire front office staff sets for our school community.
